The Personal Data we collect will be used for the following purposes:
1. On the basis of Legitimate Interest (i.e. expected activities in the administration of a cycling club):
a. Maintaing a record of current, active club members;
b. Checking the membership status of individuals in relation to race appearances;
c. Checking the membership status of individuals in relation to requests to join our members-only Facebook group;
d. Contacting our members regarding renewal of their membership.
You may request that we stop storing and processing your personal data by resigning your club membership (to do so please email ) upon which we will delete your personal data from our records.
2. On the basis of Consent (i.e. only where you have explicitly opted-in):
a. Sending emails regarding club events and activities.
You may withdraw consent at any time by following the instructions for unsubscribing at the bottom of any applicable email, or emailing and requesting that we remove you from the mailing list.
Exeter Wheelers Cycling Club WILL NOT pass your data on to third parties.
