Clay Pits Easy 42.18 4 Narrow busy road along the Teign, single out. Choice of routes from Clay Pits - for a longer ride, you can progress to Bovey Travey and continue to Whiddon Down and back on the old A30. Mostly flat with hilly bits between Dawlish and Teignmouth and back over Longdown

Whiddon Down Easy/Moderate 47.44 4 Fast route - one good climb at the end over Longdown
Nomansland Moderate 56.17 7 Single file might be required on busy Crediton road - can swap some lanes in there. Watch the decents - dangerous drain cover at bend on decent in road around nomansland - careful when wet. Fast decent Longdrag Hill ends at T junction at Tiverton.
Big Triangle Easy 41.51 2 We usually ride a short stretch on the A361 between Sampford Peverell and the A38 roundabout near Uffculme. Easy miles but care on the dual carriageway
Little Triangle Easy 36.26 2 Thursday night ride - some narrow bits to single out on before Cullompton and between Halberton and Tiverton on the Turnpike
