Roller Racing

A roller race is a bicycle race carried out on rollers! The races are short (500 meters) and held in heats starting with qualifying and progressing to knockout heats. Each race is a one on one match and it's all over in around 30 seconds!
It's both a racing and social event. Riders on stationary bikes compete against each other in front of a crowd of cheering friends.
The club has a set of competition rollers and we're looking to try and bring the sport back locally by setting up a local winter inter club racing series.
